Inspired by Hanae Mori’s 1966 work, Evening Ensemble (Jumpsuit and Caftan, “Chrysanthemum Pajamas”), distinguished by its vivid pink tones and a delicately fluttering butterfly.

This charming dessert expresses the beauty of the piece through a shortcake sprinkled with pink chocolate flakes, with a butterfly gently resting on raspberry sauce. The light, fluffy cake is layered with the sweetness of chocolate and the tartness of the sauce, creating a delightful harmony of flavors—perfect for a springtime tea.
